Last week, a group of us were in North Wales on a Mountain Leader training course with Andy Newton www.andynewtonmic.org. It was a fantastic course and all of us left feeling not only like we had gained a huge amount of knowledge in a week, but also with a real desire to put these skills into practice.

4th Dimension are looking to expand our work with the D of E award in the near future and are in conversation with several local schools, who are interested in running their expeditions with us. As more of our staff gain qualifications, such as the Mountain Leader, we become better equipped all the time to get involved with this kind of thing.
